Aim
Help young gymnasts achieve their goals both in and out of the gym!
Why mentoring?
Your gymnast:
- acquires a role model/older brother who has the relevant gymnastics experience and is committed to helping.
- gains experience and learns about the value of communication (online and face-to-face).
- expands their understanding of the sport and develops mental and physical tools to use in the gym
- develops skills that go beyond the mat (overcoming adversity, developing SMART goals, etc.)

Experience
- With almost 20 years of experience from all sides of gymnastics (gymnast, coach, judge, mentor, etc.) I have a well-rounded background and understanding in the sport

- We are focused on helping young gymnasts achieve their goals. Full Stop.
Men's Gymnastics Focused
- This is a men's gymnastics company. This is not a mentoring company that offers many different sports. I have always been in the men's gymnastics community from the time I could walk.
